EMERGENCY RESPONSE = $150 PER FF LOT
HOA CAPITAL PROJ ASSESSMENT = $16.00
ROADS CAPITAL PROJ ASSESSMENT = $50.00
CONTIGUOUS LOT FEE = $25.00
Water Bills are billed the month prior to the due dates of the 10th of February, May, August & November
2023 Water Base Rate = $150 per quarter.
