2024 HOA assessments are billed MONTHLY, DUE ON THE 1ST of the month with a grace period until the 10th of each month. Late fees are applied on the 11th of each month for past due accounts.
HOA = $126 monthly per full fee lot billed
(or $1512 annually not including the contiguous lot fee) 
$25 per Contiguous Lot Fee due January 10th each year.

MAINTENENANCE & OPERATIONS FEE = $73.00 per month 
Regular Reserve Contributions $16 per month
Reserve Assessment $37 per month               

​CONTIGUOUS LOT FEE = $25.00 annually

Water Bills are billed monthly with a due date of the 15th of the month and a grace period to the 27th of each month.
2024 Water Base Rate = $86 per month.
