2025 HOA assessments are billed MONTHLY, DUE ON THE 1ST of the month with a grace period until the 10th of each month. Late fees are applied on the 11th of each month for past due accounts.
HOA = $134 monthly per full fee lot billed
(or $1608 annually not including the contiguous lot fee)
$25 per Contiguous Lot Fee due January 1st each year.
MAINTENENANCE & OPERATIONS FEE = $78.00 per month
Reserve Contributions $56 per month
