GENERAL FUNCTION
Under supervision of the General Manager, performs a variety of routine and complex, administrative and technical accounting and finance functions in maintaining the fiscal systems of the LCMC including coding of financial and accounting information in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cashiering, as well as establishing and implementing controls, procurement policies and providing auditing oversight. Works directly with the Board of Directors, General Manager and Department Managers in developing annual budgets and ensuring appropriate Department oversight, utilizing Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
