MAINTENANCE & OPERATIONS FEE = $73.00 per month
Regular Reserve Contributions $16 per month
Reserve Assessment $37 per month
CONTIGUOUS LOT FEE = $25.00 annually

This list is for informational purposes to show the members what capital projects have been completed since 2018 and those that are WIP or work-in-process. You can see where your assessments have gone and are going. You’ll notice 2019 and 2022 were big years and these were two huge repair projects: Goldeneye and Marine View Drive. The Water Loan will be paid off in 2025. For newer members this was the loan to purchase and install water meters per Washington State about 2005.
