Welcome Ray Menard who won the Distrcit II Directors Vote with 89 Votes. 2022- 2024 Betsy had 56. Betsy will reamain on the board as the Board voted her to fill the District II Vacancy term ending 2023. |

Board of Director Voting ProcedureFor a member to declare their candidacy for the position of director they must file a Declaration of Candidacy with the Corporate Secretary during the period of December 1 to December 31 of the year preceding the election year". There is no provision for declaring candidacy by other means. Post marks or submitting this form after the deadline will not be accepted.

Please see Article III of the LCMC Bylaws The LCMC Board of Directors adopted the enclosed budget at a special board meeting on November 18, 2021. In accordance with RCW 64.90.525, the Board has set a date for a meeting of the membership to consider ratification of the 2022 Budget and HOA Reserve Assessment. The voting ‘meeting’ is just open only for a short time to vote. There will be no presentations or taking questions on the budget. Members may vote IN PERSON or by PROXY BALLOT. A proxy is a written authorization empowering another to vote or act for the signer AT THE MEETING. |
