The Hardware Distillery is a local craft distillery in the heart of Hoodsport, and produces the following products from start to finish:

• Single malt whiskey
• Two very different gins.  One is made from barley that is smoked in the Hama Hama oyster smoker, and the other is made from pears and cranberries
• Aquavits: cardamom, dill and our special house recipe
• Vodka made from pears
• Bee’s Knees, which does not fit any governmental category and is distilled from local honey and fruit
• Liqueurs which are made from the Distillery’s Bee’s Knees
• Summer hours:   noon to 6, every day
• Winter hours:  noon to 5, Thursday through Sunday

Complimentary samples are available.
