​I am the founder and president of Trinity Construction Services, LLC, specializing in custom homes and remodels since 2016. With over 30 years of construction management experience, I have overseen projects in Hawaii, Tennessee, and Washington, and operated martial arts schools in both Hawaii and Washington. My wife Jill and I have been full-time Lake Cushman residents since 2019.
 
As a board member, I have contributed to several advisory committees, leveraging my general contracting background and expertise in permits, negotiation, and problem-solving. My construction industry experience has allowed me to offer practical input on LCMC projects and resolve conflicts efficiently.
 
I appreciate the progress made by the board and value my experience from my first term. I look forward to serving again, building on relationships with the community, staff, and fellow members, and am committed to advancing Lake Cushman's immediate and long-term goals.
 
As a full-time resident and business owner serving the Lake Cushman area, I am dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community. I understand the level of commitment required to be an informed and effective board member, and I am prepared to devote the necessary time and effort to fulfill my responsibilities.

My name is Keith Hillstrom. I previously was your Board member for over a decade. The recent changes to the Board Meeting format disturbs me and other of our District members. Restricting our comments to the beginning of a meeting before any pending action items are even discussed by the Board, in order to  support the Washington State HOA ruling, in our opinion, puts the ‘cart before the horse’. The current format eliminates quality member input of the topics discussed by the Board at that particular meeting. The current LCMC process suggests the member communicate with their Board representative for a possible agenda item a month later well after  ‘brain fog’ has set in for the topic discussed at the previous meeting, as opposed to a member being able to have 3 minutes to talk about their concern at the meeting itself as was the procedure for several years. I spoke with counsel and there is nothing that prohibits a ‘question and answer’ session with the members after the business portion of the current meeting is complete.
In closing, for those who feel the meetings are / were too long, attendance is voluntary, as are the Board member positions currently held.
