The AC Committee typically meets on the Third Wednesday of each month 
​from 2 PM to 4 PM in the LCMC Board Room

The Architectural Committee (AC) of Lake Cushman Maintenance Company (LCMC) plays a vital role in preserving the aesthetic, environmental, and structural integrity of the community. The committee reviews and approves development plans, building modifications, and exterior improvements to ensure compliance with community standards and governing documents.

To improve security and track participation, all Zoom meetings now require sign-in with a Zoom account (free to create at zoom.us/signup).

• Join using the meeting link or via the app under Upcoming Meetings.
• Use the same email you registered with to avoid access issues.​​​

• ​If early access isn’t enabled, you’ll see a “waiting for host” message.
